Waxahachie (WBAP/KLIF) – The Forney woman who was arrested in Italy, Texas in early March for allegedly killing three of her children, and attempting to kill two others, was formally indicted Wednesday. A grand jury charged Shamaiya Hall ,with three counts of capital murder, and two counts of attempted capital murder. If she’s convicted, Hall could be sentenced to death, or life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Hall’s twin sister was arrested for allegedly murdering her 7 year old daughter in June of 2021. She is now in the North Texas State Hospital in Vernon.
