
DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The opening of a new walk up COVID-19 testing site in Dallas County was delayed Monday after equipment was stolen overnight.
According to Parkland Hospital, the storage location for the site at The Salvation Army’s Pleasant Grove Corps Community Center was broken into. All of the equipment and supplies used to conduct testing was stolen.
The case is being investigated.
The site will open at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 14. Hours of operation will be Monday through Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. or until test capacity is
reached.
