Fort Worth (WBAP/KLIF) – It was like a scene from a movie … a man rammed a van into a dollar tree in East Fort Worth in an attempt to help two accomplices who were allegedly shoplifting.
Fort worth police say the situation unfolded around 9:30 Thursday morning when two woman walked into the story in the 41-hundred block of East Lancaster and starting taking things, while the man waited in the van outside.
When the women tried to leave employees stopped them, prompting the man to smash through the front door.
One woman was arrested, but the driver of the and another woman got away.
