DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – A two-year-old boy is dead from an apparent gunshot wound and his alleged shooter is in custody.
Jasmyn Carter with the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office said Monday that the boy was allegedly shot in his Dallas county home near Desoto and later died.
“The child was taken to the hospital by the family and at 10:36 p.m. the hispanic male was pronounced deceased,” Carter said.
22-year-old Orlando Hidalgo is charged with Capital Murder. Police are investigating what led to the shooting.
