DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – Emergency crews responded Wednesday morning to the scene of an elevator rescue in downtown Dallas.
According to Dallas Fire Rescue, one person was stuck on 31st floor at 1515 Elm as a result of a water leak. Crews initially responded to a “collapse” because parts of the ceiling fell.
The scene was secured and the person is safe.
