Arlington (WBAP/KLIF) – The suspected drunk driver who apparently killed a man Thursday night in Arlington has been convicted of DWI twice before. According to Arlington Police 26 year old Marcus Williams slammed into 58 year old Richard Spencer while he was changing a flat tire on the side of Highway 287 near Sublett Road. Spencer was crushed between the vehicles, and died in his wife’s arms. Court records show Williams already has two drunk driving convictions on his record; one in Tarrant County in 2013. one in Dallas County in 2014. He will now face Intoxication Manslaughter charges.
