Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – Texas oil tycoon T. Boone Pickens is selling his Dallas home.
The 8,900 square foot mansion in Preston Hollow is listed for a dollar less than $6 million.
Pickens says he’s 89 years old, recently divorced, and doesn’t need that much house.
Of course he is keeping his ranch home near Amarillo. The main house there is somewhat larger at 23,000 square feet.
