Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – If President Donald Trump follows through on his tweet to ban transgender people from the U.S. Military, he will face at least one lawsuit. Outserve SLDN provides low cost legal services to LGBT members of the military. The group’s CEO Matt Thorn told KLIF’s Dave and Amy, he’s ready to sue the Trump Administration if the President’s plan moves from twitter to reality. Thorn says his group was instrumental in getting the ‘Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell’ policy reversed in the 1990’s and he’s confident the same will happen with this issue.
