(WBAP/KLIF) – A U.S. District Judge has thrown out a lawsuit from the producers of the Exxxotica convention against the City of Dallas.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is applauding the decision saying pornographers can’t use the Dallas Convention Center to hold an illicit convention.
Paxton filed a motion earlier this year supporting the City’s motion to dismiss.
Judge Sidney Fitzwater sided with Paxton and the City of Dallas this week.
