Dallas (WBAP/KLIF) – A southwest Dallas warehouse has been destroyed by a three alarm fire. The Saturday afternoon inferno gutted the NCG Warehouse along the railroad tracks near Loop 12 and Cockrell Hill Road. There was no one in that part of the building when the fore started, so it was fully involved before Dallas Fire-Rescue was called. firefighters say all they could do was keep it from spreading. They were fighting a defensive battle from the moment they arrived. The cause of the fire is undetermined. It started in a large pile of chopped-up plastic. The NCG Warehouse recycles large plastic containers that had been used to contain a variety of chemicals.
