NEW YORK (WBAP/KLIF News) Tony Romo will be hitting training camp soon for his new gig. The former Dallas Cowboys quarterback has officially traded in his silver star for a CBS logo. He will start as the network’s lead NFL game analyst this coming season. Another former Dallas Cowboy, Babe Laufenberg, says Romo has his work cut out for him. Laufenberg says Romo will have to learn how to analyze a play in a few seconds while listening to a producer in his earpiece, which is difficult to master. Other former Cowboys quarterbacks to turn in the helmet for a microphone: Troy Aikman and Roger Staubach.
