DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – A Dallas woman, who operated a makeshift salon, has been found guilty of murder and practicing medicine without a license.
This stems from when prosecutors say Denise Ross gave women illegal butt injections.
One of those injections led to the death of Wykesha Reid.
Ross, who went be ‘Wee Wee’, had been offering the injections for about three years, according to police, when Reid died.
Ross’ business partner Jimmy “Alicia” Clarke was also charged with murder but that was reduced to manslaughter when Clarke testified against Ross.
Ross faces life in prison.
