Midland (WBAP/KLIF) – A 17 year old New Jersey resident has pleaded guilty to threatening several Alpine, Texas locations, and a former Texas state representative. Nicholas Martino admitted in a Midland court that he telephoned bomb threats last September to the Brewster County Sheriff’s Office, Sul Ross State University, and the Big Bend Regional Medical Center. He also admitted he threatened to kill a former Texas legislator and his family. Martino will be sentenced in May, and could get twenty years.
