FRISCO (WBAP/KLIF) – Frisco High School is warning parents of a possible mumps case.
According to a letter from the Frisco Independent School District Monday, exposure may have occurred in late November but risk of infection is very low if students are vaccinated.
Mumps cases have already been reported in Dallas County and about 50 have been infected alone in Johnson County.
Symptoms include swollen glands as well as headache, low fever and earache.
