DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – Police arrested a Dallas County school bus driver on outstanding traffic warrants after he was stopped for speeding in a school zone while driving his bus.
Archie Murphy II was headed to White Settlement to pick up students when he was pulled over.
Murphy, who was fired by the district, had seven warrants including driving without a valid license.
The school system has been under fire recently after an investigation discovered more than 200 of their drivers had been issued traffic citations and committed numerous violations on the job.
