DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF) – The City of Dallas has reached an agreement with HMK, a Dallas-based property.
Tenants will be allowed to remain in their homes until June 3rd of next year or the end of the current school year, whichever is later.
According to a statement from Dallas City Hall, the agreement covers tenants who have filed lawsuits against HMK as well.
Dallas Mayor Mike Rawlings says their goal has been to provide safe and decent living conditions for the hundreds of families and children who live in HMK homes.
