A former administrator in the Grand Prairie School District is indicted on theft charges.
U.S. Secret Service agents arrested 61 year old Carolyn Foster after she was indicted on charges of stealing approximately $600,000.00 from the school district when she was the Chief Financial Officer
Foster was arrested at her current job at International Leadership of Texas in Richardson, where she is the Director of Finance.
She pleaded not guilty in federal court and was released on bond. If convicted Foster could be sentenced to 10 years in prison and fined up to $250,000.
