DALLAS (WBAP/KLIF News) – A special election will take place Monday to decide who will lead the Dallas County Republican party.
The election comes less than two weeks after Party Chairman Mark Montgomery stepped down due to family reasons.
The two biggest contenders are Phillip Huffines and Elizabeth Bingham.
