SULPHUR SPRINGS (WBAP/KLIF News) – The Hopkins County Sheriff’s Office is considering charges against the owner of an abandoned house in a rural area just southeast of Sulphur Springs.
The move comes after the SPCA seized eight dogs, five puppies, a horse and a pony from the property.
Rescuers said the animals didn’t have any food and water.
An initial investigation was launched after complaints from neighbors.
